Diaphragm Coupling

EagleBurgmann’s Diaphragm Coupling has been successfully applied in various high-speed and high-torque applications such as compressor and turbine and is highly rated by users. Contoured Diaphragm Coupling is designed to have all the shaft misalignment is accommodated by the very thin elastic bending of the diaphragm. The flexibility composed of bending, compression, and delivery of high torque is achieved through the elastic transformation and the torsional strength of the specially contoured diaphragm.

Process pump is a key part in oil refineries and petrochemical plants to transport raw materials, products during the manufacturing process. In addition, It's not easy to handle various fluids with wide range of temperature, pressure and avoid corrosion.
At the same time, High reliability is required because stopping plant due to trouble has a profound effect on production. Therefore, API (American Petroleum Institute) 610 standard is applied to many process pumps.
Process pumps that we offer are based on API 610 standard.

Especially, Pumps offering by our company are capable of transporting highly volatile flammable fluds and low temperature fluids (ethylene -140℃) and stable operation without leakage.

Steam Turbine

Steam Turbine is a type of prime mover that converts the thermal energy of steam into rotational energy that rotates the impeller.

Our major item is a condenser type multi-stage turbine that converts the thermal energy of steam into mechnical envergy without loss by using vacuum as exhaust pressure. It reduces exhaust loss and significantly improves energy efficiency by axial exhaust. In addition, compared to the existing downward or upward exhaust, it could be layout more easely and construction cost such as exhaust piping would be reduced siginificantly. It's easy to replace 'cause parts are standardized.
